How Can I Lose 10 Pounds In One Month?

If you’re reading this article, I have to imagine you’ve asked yourself the question, “How can I lose 10 pounds in a month?” Maybe it’s because (like me) you have a wedding you need to go to, maybe your own, or you just want to look good on the beach. Or maybe for you it’s a cruise ship vacation. It could be that you have a concern over some health issues.

When I was researching the internet for my own weight loss program I came upon some startling statistics. If you do a Google search on obesity statistics you’ll find that 58 million are overweight. Not only that, but 40 million are obese and 3 million are morbidly obese. And think about your kids. In 1999 hospital costs associated with childhood obesity were at a staggering $127 million! And at the time of this writing that was nine years ago. Who knows what it’s risen to now?

Now obviously you’re not in those categories if you’ve asked how can I lose 10 pounds in a month. But regardless of your motivation for weight loss- beauty, wellness, pride…whatever- you’ll really want a safe and effective way of losing the weight.

I’m going to assume you’ve tried other diets. The low-carb ones are a cholesterol disaster waiting to happen, in my opinion. You’ve probably left the table still hungry on the low-calorie ones. For me that just led to snacking, which just ruined the point of the diet. The diet systems that are hawked on TV by shouting football players and annoying actresses work, but require you to buy special supplements and months worth of meals from their companies.

The method I settled on is based on “Live to Lose Pounds system.” This method uses the fact that there are two main hormones that determine whether your metabolism will burn the fat or store it in your body. By eating the proper calories at their proper time, you “shock” your metabolism into burning fat. Your body can’t stay on auto pilot because it doesn’t know when or what type of calories you will consume next. And since you’ll be eating more than three meals a day for the first couple of weeks, you won’t be hungry. So there’s no need for snacking.
