Lose 20-30 Pounds In One Month
By now, you’re really ready to lose 20 pounds in a month. Maybe you need to fit into some sort of wedding clothing or you just want to look good at the beach or the pool on that cruise ship. For me it was all that stuff. I was getting married and our honeymoon was going to be a cruise to the Caribbean. And before now I had tried them all: the Florida beach diet book, the low-carb and no-carb ones, trying to get into some person’s Zone diet, you name it I tried them. And how long have no-fat/low-fat diets been around? Something like 15 years or more? Clearly that’s not an avenue for success.
The issue was that with these plans I’d always lose the weight then balloon it all back on again. They just weren’t fun or interesting. I figured if I was really going to lose 20 pounds in a month, I’d better do some of my own on-line research.
I now realize that I was heavy because of the foods I was eating NOT the amounts. It’s simple science that some foods mix better with other ones. And apparently when you eat these combinations has a great deal to do with your ability to lose 20 pounds in a month in the time frame YOU want. Food is very powerful medicine and honestly, sometimes we use it improperly.

I learned how to re-program my metabolism in a way that allowed me to burn off all the calories I was eating. This way, my body didn’t store them as fat on my belly, sides, and butt.
